1. Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to the wedding photography giveaway (the "Giveaway") offered by ("Photographer"). By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

   The Giveaway is for engaged couples, aged 18 years or over and the photoshoot is to be within 65 of Lago Vista TX.

3. How to Enter

   To enter the Giveaway, participants must fill out the entry form at weddings.happylensmedia.com and provide their valid name, email, and phone number.

4. Giveaway Period

   The Giveaway is a drawing every 6 months. All winners will be notified via email.

5. Prize

   The prize for the Giveaway is an engagement photography package, including One Location, One Outfit, 60 Minute Session, A Professionally Edited Gallery and 10 Digitally Delivered Images, with an approximate value of $999. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

6. Claiming the Prize

   The winner must book a call within 72 hours of the first notification email. Failure to claim the prize within this time will result in the prize being forfeited, and another winner will be selected. The prize must be used within 2 months of the winner being notified.

7. Use of Winner's Information

   By participating in the Giveaway, the winner agrees to allow the Photographer to use their name and engagement images for promotional purposes, including on the Photographer's website and social media accounts.

8. Limitation of Liability

   The Photographer is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the winner as a result of accepting the prize. The Photographer is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof.

9. General

   These Terms and Conditions are subject to modification periodically to ensure adherence to legal requirements and to accommodate any alterations in the functioning of our Site or the expected conduct of users. We will inform users of any changes to these Terms and Conditions via email or by posting an announcement on our Site.
